Planning Your Perfect Wedding

Save The Date Photo Card

As I sat down with a new client last week, she looked at my business card and asked me about some of my specialties. She was specifically interested in the fact that I listed ‘weddings’ on my card. She had recently gotten married and admitted she was overwhelmed with planning and making sure she had everything she needed for her special day. I realized that I need to discuss how I can help brides create the wedding of their dreams.

You have received a ring and chosen a date. What else do you need to do? Today I’m doing a quick checklist of items I can supply for your special day. Once you’ve chosen the venue, I can step in to help with the rest of your plans.  Not getting married this year? Please pass this on to someone who is.  My goal is to make the task of planning your wedding a little less stressful.

“A wedding is a party, not a performance. If at the end of the day you are married to the one you love, then everything went perfectly.” Unknown

Save the Dates

We can help you design the perfect save the date to send out 6-10 months before your wedding date.  Save the dates can be a magnet, a postcard or a paper announcement.  It allows your guests to mark the date on their calendar months in advance to avoid multiple bookings on your wedding day.

I offer hundreds of invitations. They can be as simple or extravagant as you want. In most cases, you can choose your ink colors, the verse, and the font.

Personalized Drinkware

Depending on how formal or casual your wedding will be, we can print the perfect drinkware. Your guests can leave with a remembrance of your wedding that they can use for years to come.

Personalized Candy

We can design a label for Hershey’s kisses that can include the names of the bride and groom and wedding date.  This is a cute sweet treat that can be used at the rehearsal dinner, be placed at each table or placed in a gift bag for the out of town guests.  Who doesn’t love a kiss?

Attendants Gifts

You can order personalized gifts to thank your attendants for being a part of your special day. Instead of going to the mall and praying you find the right gift, order them with all of your other items and you will be able to check another item off of your list.

Napkins and Menus

Do you want your reception to be a step above the rest?  We can do napkins in your wedding colors and personalized with your names and wedding dates.  We can also print your menu on a beautiful stock card in the color of your choice.

Thank You Notes

Thank you notes can be ordered to match your invitations or you can wait for a picture of the two of you on your wedding day and your thank you note can be ordered with that picture on the front. The important thing is to write those thank you notes. There is nothing more frustrating than to purchase a wedding gift, wrap it, bring it to a wedding and NEVER receive a thank you. “

“Planning a wedding is like running a company. You’re the CEO of LOVE, Inc.”

My final thoughts on wedding planning are the following:

Set up a budget and stick to it.  Make your wedding day special for you.  Don’t compare your wedding to others you’ve attended.  At the end of the day, whether you spend $10,000 or $100,000, you will still be married to the love of your life. Relax and enjoy every moment of your special day!

Have a great week!
